Dr. Negron saw me in 1994 as an Army patient at the Landstuhl Germany Medical Center. I came to him after being injured in Saudi Arabia and I needed orthopedic ankle surgery. He was the very best at explaining what I needed and in performing the surgery that allowed me to continue my Army career, pass the PT test, and live a normal life.
