I met Raj in August 1994 at Nashoba Hospital. He stepped in almost a month after nobody could figure out what was wrong and diagnosed me with Ulcerative Colitis. He immediately put me on 1600 Mg of Asacol. About a year later following a colonoscopy he pissed me off by dismissing my concerns of bleeding so I switch to Dr Schwartz. I continued the Asacol until 2014 when it appeared I was in remission. this month, Nov 2023 the Doc who performed my colonoscopy kept asking me if I was sure I ever had it. He found zero signs !!! I dont know if this is just a good sign or that the UC is actually cured ( since there is no cure) but in any case-I owe it all to Doc Raj! Thank you so much
