Patient Reviews
Oct 08, 2024
I wanted to give this review after our mom has fully recovered. We met Dr. Shah at Summit Emergency when our 94 year old mom fell and broke four vertebrae. He was referred to us because of our mom’s low heart rate which may have caused her to fall. Dr Shah carefully explained to us why mom needed a pacemaker immediately. He then left so we could decide without interference. Mom was admitted and Dr. Shah came again the next morning to go over the procedure and the effects. He even brought a model of the pacemaker for us to see. The surgery went smoothly. It’s been two months since. Mom’s totally healed. Her BP, HR, and O2 levels are all normal. She has more energy and pep. It’s amazing to see the difference. We are grateful to Dr. Shah for his professionalism, commitment, and patience in caring for our mom.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
