Dr. Chand is fearless leader who demonstrates amazing abilities to care for his patients. While, investigating the cause of my sickness he went above and beyond to see the whole picture. I never had any doctor who complete the whole diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Chand to any patients, he always has a positive, knowledge, and respectful attitude.
