I never had to wait more than a few minutes at my appointments which was greatly appreciated. Staff here are very kind and caring. I had the added benefit of doing therapy with a former colleague of Dr. Goel's and he told me that he's a serious rock star in his field - uniquely gifted at identifying issues overlooked by other physicians. He was also able to underscore Dr. Goel's high level of skill - for example he was able to give me a shot 'free handed' in a spot that normally requires an ultrasound. He's very blunt, so be prepared for that - hah! But HIGHLY recommended!
