Patient Reviews
Jan 16, 2018
Dr. Hawks is a wonderful Doctor, though his Office Staff is not always on the ball. If you need Prescriptions called in to your Pharmacy', they sometimes forget to do so. If this happens on a Friday, there is no way to get them until Monday. I recommend always getting a Paper Script from the Office.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
