My husband saw Dr. Bassett due to a hearing loss in his right ear.First of all, the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Very welcoming. As we waited for our appointment to see Dr. Bassett, I noticed that their kindness was carried forward to the next, and next patient, and did not waver one time.Dr Bassett was kind, thoughtful and understanding of my husband's situation. He was very nice, listening to us and did not rush through the appointment. He remedy the hearing loss and then offered suggestion as to how we could prevent future problems. We asked if a change in newer hearing aids would aid with my husband's loss. He then suggested for Dr. Judy do a hearing test. After results and a consult with her we could decide. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Bassett. We were totally pleased
