Dr. Oiknine is a top notch doctor. His bedside manner is excellent. He is very knowledgeable on current advances in diabetes treatment. I have been a patient for 10 years. At times I have been a stubborn patient at following his advice, but he has always encouraged me to follow his recommendations. 2.5 years ago I finally followed his advice and got a continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump my A1c has improved from 11 to 7. He previously had me on tirzepatide and now empagliflozin, I have lost 60 pounds over the last 8 years under his care. He is never rushed and takes time to listen and explain things during an office visit. Dr. Oiknine is the best physician I have ever had.
