Dr. Sanchez is an excellent doctor. He is a great listener and very determined in finding the best treatment for his patients. He has called us personally to address concerns instead of having his staff do it. Dr. Sanchez is brilliant in his field. I only have 1 concern. It has been a struggle to get issues resolved between medical insurance companies and his billing person as he/she only communicates via. email. I truly wish his billing person would use a phone contact number, because it would resolve billing/ getting insurance companies to pre-approve ordered tests much faster.
