His office NEVER answers phone then after 7 minutes it goes to voicemail, then they don't call back. My husband has been in hospital and needs attention immediately. He waited 2 months to get someone to call back to get appointment to have a procedure done. Then 2 months to get results due to same reason with phone. Then after appt they referred him to a surgeon . Office was supposed to fax paperwork to new Dr another 2 months still never faxed paperwork. My husband needs surgery and it's been 6 months due to them not answering phone, calling back or facing paperwork to surgeon . My husband thought he had cancer which every second waiting has been torture. Two months to find out is Pathetic. Dr is great but forget it if you need to get a hold of them. My husband has been throwing up , sick, feels awful and waiting 6 months for all this and he still hasn't seen surgeon who Dr Rivera's office said they would fax his results to surgeon the day my husband went to Dr Rivera. 2 months late
