Dr. Ramona is kind, patient, attentive, & thorough. There are times when her office is busy, as to be expected during seasonal illness surges. Her front office staff has gone through some changes in personnel. Not everyone is polite at every moment — they are human too. But I have never experienced intentional rudeness from her office staff. Shortness while they attend to many people at one time — yes, but a seldom occurrence. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Ramona. She is up to date with current standards for assessment, she will answer all of your questions patiently, and she makes time for every patient. We moved from Houston & Texas Children’s Pediatric system, and I can tell you, I’ve never experienced a better pediatrician.
