On July 12, 2023, Dr. Lador performed a minimally invasive L 4 – 5 laminectomy surgery on my back. Prior to choosing Dr. Lador as my surgeon, I conducted an extensive search to address my back problems. I also reached out to individuals who had experienced similar issues to mine, all of whom had undergone various disc surgeries involving disc removal and replacement with metal components. Their satisfaction with their outcomes led me to expect a similar procedure when I consulted Dr. Lador.However, upon examination, Dr. Lador determined that a less invasive procedure would be more suitable for my physical condition, and he thoroughly explained his reasoning. The surgery was a success, and my pain level remained consistently below a 5 for the first few days, to the extent that I only required pain medication during that initial period. I experienced some muscle spasms for 3 to 4 days post-surgery.I delayed writing this review to assess the quality of aftercare provided. Similar to m
