I actually got the time wrong and showed up hours early for my appointment and I was accommodated by the clinical staff which I was beyond grateful for. I met Esther who was very caring and professional and set clear expectations about the peel and the peel process. She really listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I have come in to this office for other things in the past. They offer superior products and the team always take really great care of me.
