I've been going to Dr. Swanlund for over 15 years, and I have NEVER had a bad experience with him. He is kind, patient, intelligent and has a GREAT sense of humor. He always explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I get extremely nervous and uncomfortable at the dentist, and Randy does everything he can to make my visits easy and pain free. He's really gentle and very meticulous. Any time I've had a dental emergency they always find a way to get me in ASAP to get it addressed. I have referred several of my friends and family members to go to him and everyone who went is highly impressed with his work. Jeanette at the front counter is great too! Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. The hygienists are awesome as well. They actually invest in you as a person. They have never made me feel inferior or embarrassed about the condition of my teeth and gums. They offer great advice and superb service. As long as Dr. Swanlund is in business, I will remain a loyal client.
