I remember Dr Oyer from when he was my husbands oncologist in California. Although the outcome was not a good one, Dr Oyer was caring and attentive during my husbands battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Anyone will be fortunate to have Randy Oyer on their team. Joy Lienau-Armstrong
