Dr. Bissinger attended to me prior to my knee replacement surgery. As I have had four back surgeries, I expressed concern about the effectiveness of a spinal anesthesia. Dr. Bissinger listened and outlined alternative plans for successful anesthesia. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns. All went well and he was very informative.
