On August 24th 2021 I became very ill. An ambulance took me to Lovelace Westside Hospital emergency room. Dr. Lahr treated me and quickly diagnosed Diabetic Ketoacidosis, a life threatening situation. His knowledge, experience and skill in leading my treatment saved my life as I was in pretty bad shape. They got me stabilized and I was transferred to the downtown hospital ICU where I made a full recovery. Thank very much Dr. Lahr!
