When deployed to LA for Hurricane Ida, I came down with severe tooth pain (multiple teeth) and knew I needed the decaying teeth extracted. After calling around New Orleans for a dental surgeon, Dr. Wilk's office was great in understanding my out-of-state status and the severity of my problem. And they took me in right away.They did a great job in getting me taken care of.Further, I explained my intentions of getting implants. Dr. Wilk explained in detail what would need to be done to get to that step. (Dr. Wilk is an expert in implant surgeries.)So right before being deactivated from my Hurricane duties, I asked if he could do the bone graphs I needed. And once again, he got me right in to do these major surgeries. And on top of all that he had already done, he made sure I got back to my hotel safely (having just come out of general anesthesia). I have never had a Doctor so talented and caring. Now I drive over three hours from FL when I need his services.
