My husband and I were traveling the country in our RV, when the unexpected happened. The crown which had been installed by our hometown dentist in another state, came off while having lunch. After phoning one dentist and learning I wouldn't be able to make an appointment for several days, I was referred to Dr. Bell. Fortunately, the office had a cancellation that afternoon. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the very professional and polished office staff. Next, I was treated to the beautiful interior and decorating of the office. It actually felt like a warm and comfortable living room, rather than a stark dentist office. Dr. Bell was friendly, disarming and very personable. He immediately took charge of my issue, repaired and restored the crown to perfection and even provided suggestions regarding places to visit. I was very grateful to be seen with such notice and allowed to return to our travels. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience!
