I first went to Dr. El-Nazer when she was an attending at UT Southwestern, I had just been diagnosed with Parkinson's by a neurologist in Fort Worth who then retired. She did an amazing work up on me at my first appointment, and my wife and I came away totally impressed. When she went into practice with her pain management husband in Richardson, we made the trip to Dallas because we were so impressed with her thorough and professional approach to my treatment. I can not recommend her more highly.
