I want to start by saying that I am BEYOND GRATEFUL to have Dr. Jain as my nephrologist Dr. she took such great care of me when I was on dialysis for 8 years. She was always on top of my care and came in to the dialysis unit to check up on me and her patients! She would take the time to speak to us one on one and to see how we were doing and assured we were given what we needed! Dr. Jain help me to get what I needed to be on the list for a kidney transplant! She managed my medications and helped me get the best health I could. Thanks to her care I got a kidney transplant! She always took great care of me, referring me to the best care team I needed. I have had my kidney transplant for 8 years now and I couldn’t thank her enough!! I decided to make her my primary doctor because of how amazing she is!! I have gained so much love and confidence for this Dr. in my opinion she is the best Dr. I could have asked for! 100% recommend!
