My experience with doctor Alvarez was a wonderful he's funny and make you feel comfortable talking to him but he need to know about some of his staff and how they treated me after my appointment I called back for a referral to see an eye doctor and some of the people in his place of business gave me the run-around I never got the referral and whoever those people was kept saying it was taken care of but I never did get the referral what his employees did has no bearing on him as far as I'm concerned he is a very nice person and I would have kept going back if they they wouldn't have treated me like that and I don't know no doctor that want to lose their patientsI'm emailing because I think he need to know what is happening with his patients and the way they are being treated this is the first time I ever told anyone about the way someone treated me in a facility but I really think he need to know
