The service is the product of a sale and and the venue for a constant revenue. When you accept change in service that is less than optimal you may increase an opportunity to solidify your business image and productivity. Your office scheduled people on appointments that are not validated and are dishonest. At 8:00 am you open your door for business and switch your scheduled of patients to first come first serve. Meaning that for those who had an appointment at 8:00 am and show on time there are a great number of patients line up at the door that are let in and are served on first come first served basis. Suggest that either you revert to a first come first served scheduled or you put a sign at the door that states that you will be seen at your appointment scheduled hour. Under your system the best appointment then is the last appointment available because by default the scheduled time assumes less waiting if it is time to closed the office and go home. This practice is unacceptable.
