Him and his staff are professional yet friendly. I feel like I'm among family every visit. He listens to my concerns and never rushes. But what I like most is He will also tell me when I'm doing something that is causing the issue. He doesn't just throw medicine or treatment at you because you complain. He holds you accountable. I love this honesty and will always consider him family.
