Patient Reviews

Dr. Raymond Brown is my new Ent. I switched to Dr.Brown because he was close to my house. I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Brown today. He listened, spent time discussing my condition and provided a great plan of action. The office staff were very nice, and the audiologist was very thorough. This is a great location, and I would highly recommend Capital Ent. This was my first visit to see him, and It was a total new experience with Dr Brown. It was a clean & easy check-in and went in shortly after I arrived. Jill Sullivan, the audiologist always gives me top notch service and advice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They took me to the back right on scheduled time. Whenever I called into to get scheduled with Dr.Brown the answering service provided great and outstanding customer service. Dr. Brown provided a comprehensive assessment of factors contributing to my hearing loss.
