If you are hesitant about seeing a therapist or psychiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Suarez. His warm demeanor sets the tone for the entire session. Not only does he listen intently, but he consistently offers real, usable advice. I’ve never found a provider who is able to explain things as thoroughly. His knowledge of psychiatry and his experience truly shines - every time. It is very clear that he cares about his patients! I have seen other mental health professionals in the past, but no one has been able to guide me to reach my potential like this. Beyond grateful and happy to recommend Lakes Region Wellness.
