I went to the ER with serious back pain and leg numbness. I am a senior male and was very anxious and unable to walk. Dr. Carter listened attentively and focused on my concerns. She assured me she "got it", told me what she would do. She ran a number of focused tests and a scan and isolated the principle issue with a detailed explanation, documents and assurance. I left in a much better place, pain reduced, had all of the test results and could now look for follow up to the principally identified problem with a specialist. I have children and siblings in the health care field. I found Dr. Carter exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. I am grateful. she was there during this difficult time for me.
