Dr. Shatsky truly cares about her patients. She has been a huge help through a journey I never asked for. She takes the time to explain recommendations and listens to my concerns. She picked up on the fact that I was depressed, though I hadn't said anything. She has fought my insurance twice after initial denials of medications. Dr. Shatsky and her entire staff are caring, helpful, and willing to spend whatever time is needed to make sure I get all my questions answered and that I have the best quality of life possible.
