On August 2,2021 i visited the eastside care. I was in tears due to an NP making me feel less than and dismissed. I asked to speak with a PHD (actual doctor) and i was met with Dr. Bowers. I explained to her my concerns and frustrations and she took it upon herself to check my records and actually explain them to me. I appreciate her professional attitude and her willingness to help me. I lost hope in Doctors but today she helped restore my faith. Thank you so so much and please keep up the sincere care to all of your patients.
