Dr. Crainsmith is a very caring doctor who thinks out of the box of conventional medicine in order to choose the best method of treatment for you. Her office is very small and the staff is busy with patients at the front desk, but the office will respond to any message you leave and get back to you as soon as it is possible for them to do so. The signs posted about being charged if your appt goes over your time has never been an issue, but I believe they keep patients focused on their visit.
