We had an unexpected sick visit with Dr. McIntosh and she was patient and kind when my child was nervous about a nasal swab. She allowed me time to comfort my child and allowed my child to help with the swab. She explained what she did and even interacted with my older child who accompanied us to the appointment. As a teacher and mom, I appreciate Dr. McIntosh's respect for children as little people.
