She is a five star physician but still has much to learn. It's been 6 years and we are still waiting for her call. My wife was an established patient, having been under her care for 5 months at TIRR and seeing her intermittently afterwards. We drove 500 miles for a long-planned appointment. Just a very few hours before the appointment, two different members of her staff called to cancel, both giving different reasons for the cancellation. She never made an attempt to reschedule or talk to us.
