DR RUGEN IS AN EXCEPTIONAL CARE GIVER WHO REALLY CARES ! SHE TOOK HER TIME WITH ME MUCH LONGER THAN i EXPECTED. SHE WAS PATIENT KIND AND CARING. SPOKE HONESTLY WITH ME AND MOST IMPORTANTLY LET ME BE A PART OF THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS. IN THE LAST 50 YEARS DR RUGEN IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS DOCTOR i HAVE SEEN. AFTER HAVING EXPERIENCED 3 HORRIBLE INTERACTIONS WITH MALE DOCTORS WHO ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ARROGANT, UNKIND AND IN A BIG RUSH TO GET YOU GONE, IT WAS HEAVENLY TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND CARING BY DR RUGEN. BOTTOM LINE DR. RUGEN INCLUDES THE PATIENT IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS AND TALKS TO YOU IN AN OPEN AND HONEST WAY. VERY REFRESHING AND ENGAGING PERSONALITY THAT SHOWS SHE REALLY CARES ! ! !
