Went to see Dr. Dusseau, on March 18, 2024, because of the additional pain and damage caused by the multiple cervical ablations performed by Dr. Regional Davis at Biospine Institute on Jan. 15, 2024. The ablations performed were unnecessary as the C3 thru C6 was not the cause of the pain. The evidence was very plain, as seen on the MRI performed before I saw Dr, Davis. The pain was caused from the C7 disc bulging and needing to be replaced. The damage caused by Dr. Davis should be addressed. I had repeatedly called Dr Davis's office after the second nerve block, performed by his associate, Justin, because of the additional pain and numbness, my calls were not returned or addressed. I also left the surgery center, in shock, after the ablations were performed, by Dr. Davis, shaking uncontrollably, in severe pain. This was never addressed; I never saw Dr. Davis in the recovery room after the surgery. Nothing was done for the state of shock and nothing was given for the pain. The nurse ke
