I was and am always given the option of seeing the doctor or a nurse practitioner. Previous primary care physician had not been seen in 2 years and was never given the option of seeing her or the nurse practitioner. Dr. Caldwell always speaks to me not over my head ever. His bedside manner is above reproach.
