Dr. Li diagnosed my eosinophilic esophogitis using a scope and showed me photos of ulcers all over my esophagus, the sphincter leading to my stomach, and inside my stomach around that sphincter. It was truly horrifying. But after taking the medication he prescribed for 6 weeks, the photos from my second scope were completely GONE!! The tissue was completely healthy and pink as it should be, and the areas where the ulcers had been looked as healthy as though they had never been, to the point that my husband and I felt Dr. Li worked a miracle! I have loved seeing him every year since then, and am so grateful that he’s my physician!
