I had a very positive experience with Dr. Cruz. Meeting him for the first time was like discussing my issues with an old friend. Being a humble and caring person he took his time to listen to all my concerns and gave his best advice, ordered necessary X-rays and demonstrated simple exercises to ease my pain. The office staff was extremely polite and helped me with the paperwork and PT appointments. PT instructors were great - knowledgeable, courteous, ready to teach you and assist with all your exercise needs, so even a shy person like myself could feel pretty comfortable there. I noticed steady progress after a few sessions already. Going to Dr. Cruz was definitely a smart decision I made after being seen by many different doctors who only offered medications as a solution. He has such a positive attitude that helps a patient succeed in PT.
