Dr. Moore is an excellent diagnostician! After several encounters with other healthcare providers, it was Dr. Richard Moore who correctly diagnosed my husband's condition. His recommended treatment regimens subsequent to diagnosis have evolved over the past several years, but my husband always lands with a stabilized heart. I would not hesitate to recommend the good Doctor's skills!!
