How likely are you to recommend Dr. Burkhart?
December 13, 2023Greetings Dr Richard Burkardt,I am writing this letter as a thank you for the manner in which you and your staff treated me and my diagnosis with great seriousness and urgency. Because of this, I was diagnosed with Bile Duct Cancer early enough for it to be removed through surgery. Upon contacting your office, you made arrangements to see me to explain what was going on with me and cancer. You were very clear in explaining the process for which you would surgically remove the cancer and what to expect post-surgery. I appreciated the fact that you and your assistants visited me daily to check my wellbeing and to listen to my thoughts. My stay there at John Hopkins was great due to the hospital staff, (Nurses, lab technicians) etc. They all made me feel positive about my recovery. I also would like to give a personal thanks to Nurse Caitlin for all of the post-surgery care that I have received from her. Thank you
