Doctors is great and has a nice setup, however, this is a business like any other and therefore the entire “team” should be on the same page as far as attitudes and how clients are treated. Much much much much needed training needed in their front desk area. This is why I took my child out. If I don’t feel welcomed and treated right from the start, why would I stay there?
