The receptionist was very friendly. When I called to make the appointment, she called me back within 10 minutes with my insurance co-pay estimate.She put me on a cancelation call list and was able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. The day of the appointment she called to let me know the Dr. was running about an hour late so I wouldn't show up and have to wait! Dr. Moore and his assistant Lisa were very kind and explained everything. They made a scary procedure completely bearable. The whole experience was great from start to finish!
