We cannot remove ‘bad’ or one-star reviews. However, as we track our reputation on social media, we have become aware of one or two ‘bad apples’ who continue to post negatively; despite knowing that the review is based on an isolated experience long ago. Many of these ‘trolls’ go on to have negative experiences elsewhere. We will ALWAYS try and rectify a problem rather than allow it to fuel what amounts to social media harassment.
