Dr Hong is thorough and caring. I was honest about being scared to go to the dentist and he was very assuring. He kept me calm through two sessions while he worked through 10 fillings! I trust him completely and appreciate his caring communication style. His office is well kept and clean, the staff are also very friendly and helpful. I had issues with my FSA card but the front desk helped walk me through it.
