Dr. Miller was spot on with his diagnosis of an increasingly difficult problem I was having with my shoulder and upper arm. He explained the problem well to me and proposed a solution (explaining the pros and cons of the approach as well.) In addition I found him to be very personable. I have now moved out of Rochester, but am considering coming back to the area for an appointment with Dr. Miller as the condition requires maintenance every year or two as he predicted it would.
