I had an injury that was not healing. Dr. Norman patiently listened to all my symptoms then conducted a series of tests. He was as concerned as I was that I didn't seem to have the correct diagnosis. His caring manner and determination to help me get better gave me great comfort. When I was no better on my second visit he agreed we needed to try something slightly different and he again tried a number of different things to try to figure out what was going on. He is sympathetic to how debilitating a foot injury can be and active and creative in problem solving. I highly recommend him, especially if you have an unusual problem that is not being given the proper attention. His staff are also very kind.
