There is a pattern to all my visits with Dr Haile. After a pleasant greeting, he becomes very focused. He reviews my record, listens to my concerns, answers my questions and then ask questions that help him make a good assessment of my medical status. Further he doesn't hesitate to take action if he has a concern. I appreciate knowing that he really does have my best interests in mind.
