Dr. Kilby is a knowledgable, experienced, and competent provider. I felt my risks were properly identified and expertly managed throughout pregnancy. I admit I had some skepticism toward his statements and recommendations throughout my pregnancy, but everything he said turned out to be true. He also managed my anxiety well, giving me information when it was needed and in the way it was needed. In the delivery room, his competence was clear. We had a healthy baby girl, with all risks competently mitigated. 10 of 10 would recommend
