Dr. Torbeck was professional and well spoken. He explained everything that he would be doing and answered my questions with patience and pertinent information. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at any time. His staff people were just as helpful and informative about what they would be doing. I felt relaxed and calm before, during, and after the procedure since both Dr. Torbeck and his assistant kept me informed at all times about what they were doing and what would happen after the procedure. I was sent home with information about how to take care of my wound and how to get added information and help if needed. I did need to call the office and I was given the information I needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Torbeck and his staff. They were great during surgery and after surgery and also when I needed to call their office. My wound has mostly healed and it looks great. I can’t praise Dr. Torbeck and his staff enough. You can feel safe with Dr. Torbeck and his staff.
