I was scared to death to have my tooth extracted, however Dr. Birch and his assistant put me at ease, explained what he planned to do and how he was going to do it which made me feel less anxious. He listened to me when I told him I need more Novocaine than the average patient, and he honored my request for more of the anesthetic. He even called me late this afternoon to check on me.
