Dr. Manes greeted me like an old friend. He listened to my issue and showed genuine concern. For decades, I had a constantly runny nose. In a few minutes spent with Dr. Manes, that changed. I no longer have to carry around tissues. After a short exam, he presented three options. I chose the first, and it worked. Before leaving, he asked me to message him in six weeks to let him know how things were going. I then received a personal reply.
